Lifting whilst fighting bone cancer isn’t for the weak. It doesn’t matter what I train the whole body hurts 😩 All good though, the benefits definitely outweigh the pain.

6 days post chemo. The ball didn’t feel like it weighed 50lbs and the nerve damage in my front leg is improving rapidly 🙏 #agtg
