I remember at episode 500 you said you weren't going to do anything special for 600, 700, etc. until episode 1000. None of us knew at the time that episode 600 would be "special" in its own way! And you might get to 1000 before too long!

Hey y’all, I don’t recall discussion of coagulopothies in any of your episodes, did I miss this? And or please cover/discuss?
There are a number of anecdotal reports of coincident pulmonary emboli and other clots, and subsequent rapid improvement with anticoagulation and even thrombolysis. commented on here: here: , and here:
