Our new pre-print posted. We compare immune memory to Moderna, Pfizer, J&J, and Novavax COVID-19 vaccines head-to-head. T cells, B cells, and antibody. We think this is the most comprehensive immunological evaluation of these four different vaccines. 1/17 https://t.co/jHeQk41jHX

This study on response to Omicron after #SARSCoV2 vaccination provides some optimism re “original antigenic sin” https://t.co/WJZ4debdUj TLDR: although response to Omicron dominated by preexisting B-cells, antibodies from these cells better at 6 months than 1 month. 🧵 below.

Seeing some discussion about this publication with a pretty catastrophic failure to understand/communicate the limitations of the work, so here's my best attempt at clarifying it 🧵 https://t.co/EdYY7dQgof

These data provide additional support that Novavax vaccine as a booster is likely to be a reasonable option. But independent clinical trials have yet to show any clear cut advantage to a protein booster compared to other boosters (e.g., Table 5 in https://t.co/5QCml4dimz

(2) Clonal migration between LNs was visualized for several more lineages. We initially used very stringent criteria. We went back and used a reasonable less restrictive criteria. Then we found evidence that 54 out of 889 clonal lineages could be found in bilateral LNs.
