@priyankathiru Were you told you have Frozen shoulder or so? Similar treatment i underwent just to find that IFT for 10 days did no healing. Still they say FS. Waiting for MRI

@priyankathiru More than 70 % population have vitamin D deficiency. It is easy to correct. It is wellness vitamin. Vitamin D considered a sunshine vitamin in our Medical colleges is still deficient in our population.

@priyankathiru Completely agree with you. My vitamin D used to be low. I used to feel tired very quickly. After 2 months of taking supplements my energy levels have improved

@priyankathiru Lockdown and less exposed to sun might induce vitamin D deficiency. 10-30 min exposure to sunlight should produce sufficient vitamin D.
