During the Atlanta Black Child Murders, OSS/CIA Mitch Werbell was living in Atlanta- he perfectly matches what we know of the man that trained him as an assassin described by Williams. Werbell had a training facility, “The Farm” Route 360, near Powder Springs, north of Atlanta.

I was spellbound watching Wayne Williams jockey with CNN’s Soledad O’Brien around the CIA question if he was a Real CIA Agent. Wayne claimed that he had been taught the assassin “death” choke hold in a secret paramilitary compound outside Atlanta by U.S. intelligence.
