A new Yazidi religious shrine was opened today in Yerevan, the capital of Armenia. The only country that respects the Yazidi people and the Yazidi religion ❤️🦚🇦🇲

@pmg2e5jg The Yezidis are one of the unique peoples who never change their principles, bravely and honestly stand by the side of their brotherly Armenians. We Armenians not only have to, but are obliged to respect, love and appreciate them. Glory to the Yezidi brothers and sisters...👍🏻🫂

@AraratLegacy It is the duty of every brother to continue to stand by his brother, and we Yazidis will not abandon the blood bond that our ancestors cut with our Armenian brothers. ❤️✝️🇦🇲

@FilteredZero The Yazidi religion is an ancient religion connected to nature and its changes, and is not missionary.

@pmg2e5jg Where in Yerevan is this? It looks quite rural. I passed Rya Tazs today, looks quite similar. Maybe a bit bigger.

@einthorschten I'm from Iraq and don't know much about Armenian streets, but Yazidis in Armenia say a new shrine has been built in Yerevan.

@MherArmenia I'm from Sinjar, and my grandmother still tells us the story of the Yazidis and the Christians. She says, "We, the women of the villages, would dig a hole in the ground, leave the Christian children in it, and sleep over it so they wouldn't find them."

@pmg2e5jg I hope that one day Yazidi religious shrines can be opened in both Hewlêr and Slemani. They deserve to be the largest in the world. There are thousands of mosques, so there should also have been hundreds of Yazidi shrines and Zoroastrian Ateshga temples in the region.

@pmg2e5jg Il est dramatiquement triste de constater qu'au Levant, plus ta religion est minoritaire, plus tu es opprimé. Le cas des Yezidis est exemplaire.

@pmg2e5jg Respect for Yezidis. They stood with Armenians when Armenia was attached by turks and azeries

@pmg2e5jg This song is dedicated to the memory of our brother, the Yazidi Chako (Razmik Amoyan). He was an athlete, a wrestler, a highly respected man, known, loved, and respected by all of Yerevan. 🙏🙏🙏

@pmg2e5jg However, the Yezidis were influenced by the concept of boundaries, reflecting the truth as a dialect descended from the Kurdish language and tribes, linking the Yezidi people to the proto-Kurds, it’s interesting.
