If you read 1 thread this week, read this one. BTW, this all got accelerated by a preprint on @biorxivpreprint that @VGaneshMDPhD saw before our Chaserr paper came out + big shoutout to @GeneMatcher which helped finding other cases that otherwise would take a decade to locate.
