DC Police have arrested Samuel Holloway, 64, of Northeast and charged him with leaving after colliding.
Driver speeds off after hitting a mom, her two young children and their dog on C Street NE last week. Police have recovered vehicle but have not made an arrest. Hear from the mom tonight on

Keep these kids out of the street. You all are not untouchable. They just walk in the crosswalk knowing a car is coming thinking people are going to slam on brakes. They do this all of the time and this is the consequence.

DC drivers are on another level, running red lights in broad daylight. It’s nerve wracking crossing the street i from my apartment because literally people run the light multiple times a day
