@niksadecimal @EricaJoy @eshamow As a person prone to burnout this is my fav answer. Typically high performers get burnt out because their expectations of themselves are too high, trying to do too much, and not enough prioritization is happening. I would also through a week off in.

@EricaJoy As a team: Refigure the time spent on the work, reset some expectations, offload or share what we can, figure out how it got to this point (in a good way, because something broke that got us here), and making sure people get taken care of. Also what @eshamow said. ;)

@pa1ge @EricaJoy @eshamow It's always good to go back and make sure that what the customer expects, what the producer expects of themselves and their work, and what I expect line up. If any of those are unbalanced, it's time for a reset.
