3 weeks into the new pathway - from a standing start we have managed to get 61% home on day 0 or day 1. And our mean length of stay has dropped from a high of 6.6 days to 1.7 days. Top work everyone - this is just the start! @LisaFlint18 @ot_nuh @nottmhospitals
And 2 more today. So far (after 3 days) 8/24 primary joint replacements have gone home on the day. Amazing work everyone! 💪
