Improved the interface of the advanced timer on my app:. - Cleaner interface when no tasks are added.- Better readability of the buttons and time.- Removed the skip button (user can achieve the same result through the timer switch).- Removed other unnecessary elements

Just sent out an email to premium users of my product to conduct a survey on what they'd like to see in a possible mobile app, already got 15 answers in 9 minutes 😲.

Review your designs as many times as you need to remove all the unnecessary elements.

I remember some of my first customers' emails and seeing them in a stripe notification after almost a year makes me weirdly emotional.

Just starting even for 2 minutes on a task you have been procrastinating on for a while is the best productivity tip I know. 99,99% of the time you will keep going.
