We obsess over helping teams craft magical onboarding experiences. So when customers compliment Adora's own onboarding, it hits different. It's a reminder that your product should embody the same bar of experience you help your customers create 💜

Most product feedback sucks. It's an immediate gut reaction: "Ooh, I love this!" or "Meh." Want to get better at actually giving useful, actionable product feedback? Run yourself through these 7 questions. 1) What is the user journey to get here? You can’t furnish a room if

Day 5️⃣ of Adora Drop Week – best for last: 𝙁𝙧𝙪𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙎𝙞𝙜𝙣𝙖𝙡𝙨. Adora now monitors your product 24/7 with AI that watches your user-journeys and session replays to flag friction the moment it happens. Your activation metrics dropped. You're staring at

Day 3️⃣ of Adora Drop Week: AI-Suggested Screens. The hardest technical challenge we've tackled in building Adora: how do you capture and collate every product screen - even ones that live on the same URL - without asking your engineers to do a thing? Today we're launching

Day 1️⃣ of @Adora_software Drop Week: You can now map any user-journey in your product with a single AI prompt ✨ (obligatory AI sparkles) Most teams can’t answer a simple question: “What does our onboarding journey look like?” The truth is, no one’s quite sure. Before Adora,

i led dia's onboarding all we literally did: - go through the flow, identify issues, solve the top ones - send the build to testers who'd record themselves and talk through - watch those videos, look at data, identify what else to solve - repeat
it’s funny to read these requirements for the infamous founding designer JD because you don’t actually need to hire a special designer to achieve “Dia-quality” onboarding what makes the design great is actually quite simple and any startup team can achieve it if they want to

I’m excited to share that @Adora_software has been chosen as one of The Generalist's Future 50 💜 We’re also the first Australian company to make the list, which makes this extra special. This recognition validates something we've believed from the start: there's a missing
The Future 50 is here. 5 months ago, we asked +200 of the world’s best VCs to pick the 2 companies with the highest ceilings. The only rule: they had to be valued under $200M. After months of research, we chose the 50 we believe are best-positioned to dominate. More here:

We spend an unreasonable amount of time thinking about how to give teams their confidence back when it comes to analyzing their own products and user-journeys. A decade of convoluted and inconsistent event names – based on a completely different taxonomy than the product itself

Another great post by @karrisaarinen 👏 One of the hardest parts of delivering high quality experiences is ensuring that they continue to work over time. As you move on, and as other teams contribute to them, it’s near impossible to keep track of all the states and permutations
The era of "break things" is over. To make your company stand out and earn respect, you need to deliver quality experiences. And data won’t get you there. You need people to care about it, ideally at the very highest levels. Interview with @figma

This is something I’ve wanted ever since I started building product. I am the world’s biggest friction hater, and this product hopefully means less of it *Easily* seeing what your users see means more delight & better software idk these ppl, but I’m glad this exists

Blown away. As someone who has spent considerable amount of time thinking about frontend observability and analytics, this is such an obvious product. Days of going cross-eyed between amplitude and logrocket might be over
