A @Ubiquiti SW upgrade of my #dmp somehow deleted the users, even the local account, their support has been #dreadful and basically equates to "Oh well just reinstall it", your product is only as good as your #support!

When I asked @Ubiquiti #support details on what happens to camera footage, they couldn't tell me how to ensure it remains, no docs on how the "User sync happens" so I can prevent this from happening again. A complete #FAIL. How do enterprises deploy and rely on this stuff?
