Here we go! 82 students and 53 volunteers participated in the first day of out summer literacy program for Afghan refugee middle and high students (and their classmates). All students will get 6 hours/ week of instruction + fun trips & activities. @ACPSk12 @RPCA_AlexVA

We had 18 high school students participate in our Virginia/U.S History review session last night! We cover materials in English, Dari, Pashto, and Arabic so everyone understands! These students are doing great at school!
