Obvious that @StPeteFL has spent a tremendous amount of time / effort on the @RaysBaseball @Hines proposal. The only detail MISSING is that they forgot to negotiate a fair price for @HistGasPlantSTP land that is at market value. Why not? Get a current appraisal. @nohomerun2024 @StPeteFL @RaysBaseball @Hines @HistGasPlantSTP And apparently they forgot to include *ANY* language that: -protects public interests - demands profit share - locks in binding commitments to remain - enforces affordable housing - allows for voiding the deal if team fails to meet obligations
