They fixed it, but the only difference I see is for photos_memories assets, which makes no sense. I think I'm querying this server incorrectly and missing half the story.
Update: Apple Intelligence is back up and running. I guess the MacRumors article woke up someone at Apple.

La atención telefónica de @OficialEdesur empeora cada año. Sistema totalmente automatizado, tuve que intentar 5 veces para que me tome el número de cliente, me dio un número de reclamo de 13 dígitos(!). Ideal para escribir en papel a oscuras.
