@nickcastle_ugc Honestly, there are a lot of new UGC creators that don't know their valid yet and that they don't have to accept low rates like that. I'm new to UGC but, having been a business coach in that past, a creator's work is so valuable.

@nickcastle_ugc I have been going back and forth with a pretty large brand this week to try to get them to pay usage rights as they requested them for a year but don’t have the budget and it’s for 3 videos. I’m standing my ground.
