Taking your bra off at the end of the day feels great. And so does getting your breast screening sorted. It can detect cancer before you can feel it. Or more likely, put your mind at rest. So when you're invited, save the date. It could save your life.

It sounds simple, but a little walk goes a long way. Just 10 minutes of brisk walking a day can boost your stamina, energy and mood. 🎶 Top tip: if you can chat but not quite manage a singalong, you’re walking at the right pace. ℹ️ #NationalWalkingMonth

Early recognition of a stroke can save lives and improve outcomes. Remember F.A.S.T for the signs of a stroke. Face – has their face fallen on one side? Can they smile?. Arms – can they raise both arms and keep them there?. Speech – is it slurred?. Time – it’s time to call 999.
