Tweeted this last year during heavy rains. Guess what, there’s flooding again. When will the municipality make means to sort out the drainage issue?
The eThekwini municipality knows that the drainage system in the city is not working properly. Yet, every time there’s a huge storm or flooding, they act suprised that the drainage system isn’t functioning properly. The pain of reactive government rather than a proactive one.
