This entire thread beautifully lays out the issue with the writing when it comes to Kat. It feels like I'm being gaslit along with Kat while watching at times and it's aggravating. Well said! ๐๐พ๐๐พ๐๐พ #BeyondTheGates
#BeyondTheGates is falling into the same writing traps many other shows have fallen into over the years where it lacks self awareness, layer & nuance in the writing of very specific characters. I just want to make that clear. This is not unique to #BTG! At all.

One big complaint Iโve seen about Art Basel is how the focus on art/culture and accessibility of art for residents has just been drained. When you consider how the focus has increasingly been on celebrity sightings and the impossible traffic during AB, I completely understand.
