Make parents accountable to send their kids to school and place value on education. They can raise themselves from poverty but choose not to.

First, consequences for the bad behavior. While there, earn rehab and resources.

They need to be charged w/grand theft auto, not a misdemeanor charge though, then follow through w/the process. Set the precedent, don’t just let them go. Even the media naming them “the Kia boys”? So it’s what, cute? Stop it, seriously STOP. They’re criminals, not pranksters.

That would be a good start. Most of these thieves are under age and get an appearance ticket, which is the ultimate slap in the face! BUILD ANOTHER PRISON AND STOP CODDLING THESE LAW BREAKERS.

Build a juvenile detention center, send them their for the amount of time an adult would spend in prison. If they become an adult before finishing their sentence, transfer them to an adult prison.
