The city school district is setting another record for teacher resignations. Already this year, 165 teachers have quit, and the Rochester Teachers Association says safety is a big reason why.

🤔I wonder what the breaking point was for these teachers .. the 33 cars broken into? Car jacking at knife point? the shooting at Franklin? Or all of the above. PLUS .. lets not forget that occasional feeling of fearing for your life with the out of control students.

Wow! Education and Educators are very very important everywhere, but especially in the inner cities. What's next? I am so shocked Educators have to take this road. I pray issues are resolved real soon.
