⭐️ DBS did not lead to worsened EDSS ⭐️Those with baseline mild (EDSS 3 or less) or severe (EDSS 6.5 or more) more consistently had sustained improvement, potentially due to ability to tolerate stimulation side effects

⭐️Most patients had moderate sustained tremor improvement ⭐️Only Vim nucleus was used in programming; avoid using 2 leads in 1 hemisphere in MS to avoid MRI incompatibility ⭐️No one had new lesions or relapses after surgery (note most patients had progressive MS)
