A trailblazer in the advancement of Indigenous rights within the RCMP died Nov. 19 at the University of Alberta Hospital in Edmonton. Darrel Bruno, a member of Samson Cree Nation, was 64.

Hosted by @AutismSocietyAB the Connecting Communities event was a two day gathering on autism in Alberta. I co-lead day 2 and we focussed was on Indigenous Autism and we centred Indigenous voices. Overall it was a day filled with relational knowledge exchange and connection.
