Inspector Arshad Khan was a brave police officer who rushed to save CRPF personnel under attack from militants on Friday in Anantnag. While repulsing the attack, Arshad took bullets to his chest. He died at AIIMS Delhi. Wreathe laying at DPL Srinagar.
