imo this is indigenous erasure. Not all Tainos were killed by settlers. Some alArawak and Taino pppl still exist. They aren’t extinct. The same ways we still have some Mayans
Also the line dividing 🇩🇴&🇭🇹 is literally made up. So no Tainos were on the western side of the island?

In order for haitians to determine or find any taino heritage
They would have to take an autosomal dna test which can trace maternal and paternal lines haitians(esp near the mountains) can very much have taino lineage but the blood has been so diluted

The line dividing SANTO DOMINGO form Negrikistan isn’t made up, their is a wall and lots of rivers, also the deforestation in the negrikistan side is another natural line

also when haiti became a republic they allowed black and indigenous people to become citizens as long as they registered as black..

If a Haitian shows to have Taino blood it was they mixed with Dominicans. It was impossible for the french to come in contact with the Taino as they were in 1492. They already mixed with Spanish and Africans by blood and culture. Once you accept then talk to us.
