Israel’s helping DR build a wall between both territories with the same technologie used to incage Gaza. The IDF trains Dominicans soldiers, Israel armed Trujillo and Duvalier. There are parallels to be drawn, it's a fair analogy. It's doesn't cover everything but still accurate.
