when young people join your scene, you should NOT...
- expect them to be professionals by age 16
- be condescending
- ban them from opportunities they have the skills for
you SHOULD...
- give them time to understand the world
- teach and help them to grow
- not be a dick to them

Joining a scene is one thing, being involved in a pro or semi pro operation is another ofc
Ive worked with ppl who are 17 and “mature”/great to work with and ppl who are 30+ and difficult to work with. Age dont matter at end of the day
