If this is true, we Indians are lucky to have landed in an @IndiGo6E flight. Air operations are a very serious business and the rules exist for a reason. As an ardent fan of Air Crash Investigation/Mayday, I’ve seen crashes caused by reasons trivial than mentioned in letter.
