Lifting for kids is bad…lol. Kingston has grown up in the gym. He is 12. Has a 28” Vert, Benches 150#s and can do 35 pull-ups. Has 88 career home-runs and finished 2nd at Tulsa Nationals in wrestling and his best sport is football, and NO he hasn’t started puberty.
