@andrewlangan1 @WorldWideWob Yes but it should be a different stat. When you get a tech it don’t count as a personal foul. In actually it is a personal foul. It’s just called a technical foul. 2 different stats that don’t coincide with one another. #thatsmypoint

@mowilliams @WorldWideWob If you knew anything about analytics/statistics you would understand that the marginal value of a end quarter heave on shooting percentages is negligible. And basketball references 3p% already excludes heaves from their calculation

@mowilliams Who stats those shots? I was always instructed while stating college basketball that you never stat a missed buzzer beater attempt beyond half court unless: -it's to win or tie at the end of the GAME (not half) -goes in

@mowilliams @WorldWideWob I’d like for a half court and beyond shot to be worth 4 points. The fun part would be you’d have to inbound it from opponents baseline because a back court would be in play. Maybe only allow the 4 pointer within 1 minute of end of quarter/ot. I’m high.
