I'm assuming the company is Farmhouse bread. I have no idea about Thai bread companies. But if I ever get to go to Thailand, I'll be buying some...

I know it's a big joke about Subway being in a bunch of Kdramas, but have you seen how Farmhouse bread got used in KinnPorsche (Taiwanese show)? Step up your game, Subway.

The best part of KinnPorsche was the love of Pete and Vegas. Towards the end of the show I didn't care at all about Kinn and Porsche, I wanted to get back to the Pete and Vegas storyline. Complete psycho and his teddy bear torture victim lover. Loved them. Wanted more.

My main disappointment with this was that they drugged the main character in order for him to have sex for the first time. They r*ped him, and he falls in love. What? There is also an icky grooming love plotline that I couldn't take. Kinn and Porsche and their bread love.

Finally, KinnPorsche (Thai, 2022) In general, I liked it, but there was so much cringe in this too. I'm all about a gay Mafia story, but sometimes things got out of hand. The action was fine, but you could tell it was probably a lot of first timers doing it.

I love a good enemies to lovers plot and this is it. No awkward "I think this guy is hitting on me" scenes. Bonus that there is love with someone with a personality disorder. Screamed Love is Love. Will probably watch again. Here are some of my favorite Letterboxd reviews..

Next up was Semantic Error (S. Korea, 2022) Super short web show. 8 episodes, only 20mins each. This was great, especially coming from Korea where BL stories are often terribly done. I heard that the actors fought to show actual kissing scene instead of just hugging.

Cutie Pie would have only been two episodes if any of the characters knew how to properly communicate with each other. Great consent sex scene, great talk with the one friend who says dumb shit like "you on your period?" , and message about marriage equality for Thailand.

First was Cutie Pie (Thai, 2022) Thought I would hate from the beginning, but ended up finding adorable. Mainly from the chemistry of the main couple (who are now a IRL couple?!). Secondary couple was so problematic, hated them, third couple kept me watching -they cute.c

With my Covid sickness coming to an end, I'll inform you that I got through it by catching up on some BL dramas. I watched three in total in a span of four days. Here's my thread...

Ok, I've seen the accidental 'we fell and kissed' many times in dramas, but this is the first 'accidental my face on your dick'. Amazing.

There's some weird control issues in this show that are iffy (especially with couple #2), but these two are so cute. I'm just sitting here waiting for the shoe to drop.

Ooh, even more once they moved into the bedroom! (This scene was so hot. These characters have know each other their entire lives, yet all this dialogue happened. So sexy!)

Consent scenes are actually quite sexy. (Cutie Pie, 2022)

While entertaining, it is also one of the realest feeling shows where couples and romance is involved. No one showing up for the camera (besides them all being very into their skincare/makeup).
