She’s right, once u see it there’s no unseeing it. But I don’t want it defunded. I want it rescued from Downing street captivity, so it can be a great broadcaster it once was
The BBC has been working as a very clever propaganda machine for decades. Many of us stopped watching & listening years ago because of this.. Once you see & hear the propaganda you cannot stop noticing it. It is rightly, by many, called the British Brainwashing Corporation.

Why is the UK Government choosing to use the most expensive way of financing the delivery of new buildings and equipment for the NHS? @RachelReevesMP Who has advised them to do this; and who has advised them not to do so? @10DowningStreet

THROWING AWAY THE TOURNAMENT 🏆 This @UKLabour government isn’t scoring many goals. @Keir_Starmer is unpopular. So why haven’t they been promoting their massive High Court victory against the freeholder lobby of 2 weeks ago? A win for millions. Yet we get silence! Suss.

I'd love to see a reboot where they challange Anneka to fly around in her chopper searching for an honest politician. Could run fro 10 seasons before she finds one
I’ve broadcast over 1500 hours across every channel of #bbc tv & radio in 50 yr career. I’ve worked with AMAZING DEDICATED teams. Challenge alone has raised millions of pounds of donated services & supplies. We’ve helped thousands round the world. The BBC can be a force for good

🎯 Corbyn was Kuenssbergered! Once so her live from Whitehall blame Corbyn for May's embarrassing Brussels palaver; said May screwed it up bc Corbyn's poor opposition! And now she anchors the Politics Show. Emily Maitlis on the other hand called out the bias and was rebuked
If BBC News was a hotbed of left wing wokery producing systemically biased coverage Jeremy Corbyn may well have been elected Prime Minister in 2019. It’s not. He wasn’t. And we got Boris Johnson instead.

I think Starmer's right! His government is definitely bringing people together... in their hatred of his Blue Labour Party. I've never seen the country so united
“Patriotic national renewal - which is what this Labour government is doing…bringing people together.” ~ Keir Starmer Utter bullshit. He’s like a cross between Pinocchio and Walter Mitty. The Labour government are doing the exact opposite. https://t.co/FYaKY9jskk

There’s no more room for doubt that @UKLabour do NOT want to reform Leasehold. Yet another manifesto promise betrayed
@AlanJi73069669 They’ve won it and barely told anyone. @mtpennycook did not even raise the decision and its implications for the government’s agenda in a debate on leaseholder rights in Parliament the other week. Deeply suss!

Which is why it’s been such a useful tool, an unreliable narrator for increasingly venal, despotic governments and the bad actors lobbying those politicians against the interests of the British public. Now we have to be vigilant, because they’ll try to install another shill DG
“On the whole, the BBC is one of our most trusted organisations in this country." Veterans minister Louise Sandher-Jones tells #TimesRadio she “absolutely” trusts the BBC. @KateEMcCann

Unbiased journalism is a great British institution. I think it’s become clear to the public the BBC has been seriously lacking, regardless of how many vested interests and elite commentators post misguided obituaries for an institution that died along with Dr David Kelly in 2004

BBC –– In 2021 the BBC's health editor interviewed the CEO of Pfizer, Dr Albert Bourla. In that interview, linked to below, Bourla was allowed –– indeed encouraged –– to make seriously misleading and unsubstantiated claims about the safety of its Covid vaccine for 5 - 12 year

People ask how a broadcaster can remain ‘impartial’ Fascism, racism and deliberate misinformation aren’t just “opinions”, they are assaults on the democratic space that allows opinions to exist. A truly public broadcaster defends democracy. Strictly speaking, that isn’t
The BBC is in grave need of radical reform - not destruction by the authoritarian-right. We need to re-imagine public service broadcasting: - Give viewers & staff more control of BBC - Remove all govt appointments - Replace the license fee with a progressive alternative

Ever wondered why so many old banks were built to look like temples? They wanted you to believe that debt was sacred - that paying them back was a moral duty Politicians still do. From fiscal rules that lock in austerity to bailing out bankers in 2008 & cutting public services

Up and down the country, billionaires have been cruelly targeted by @TheGreenParty @ZackPolanski for simply being incredibly rich. This heartless abuse needs to stop, now. Here's how you can help our campaign, Billionaires In Need 🥺

"You're simultaneously a homeowner and a tenant. Mortgage payments, insurance, all repairs and maintenance costs fall on you despite paying rent.... It's like taking a taxi and being asked to pay for the petrol", says property expert, @RolandeJonathan

Greatest financial scandal perpetrated upon the British public in history. All endorsed by both Tory & Labour govs. Full financial banking transparency must be sought by a public enquiry to examining full extent of the inevitable money trails between Parliament & freehold mafia
@LKPleasehold @conor_sullivan @LiamSpender @NLC_2019 This is a 6 month service charge bill from a new managing agent LSH on a 160 flats each with a prohibition notice in July 2025, and everyone evicted. Let down by the building regulators over 11 years and the FTT Court over 5 years due to manipulation from management company.

If leaseholder control is such a bad idea as FT's @conor_sullivan reports how come Berkeley Group agreed to this enormous RTM, that includes its London HQ? I did give you this example, but you did not choose to publish it. @LiamSpender @NLC_2019

Leaseholders have won the right to manage of the landmark Thames riverside site Chelsea Bridge Wharf, which includes the headquarters of the developer that built it, the Berkeley Group.
