This album is almost ready…I won’t let us down.

I’m on a 60 day no days off cleanse of working out everyday (2 mile runs / 1 mile walk, inclined sit ups, side crunches, push ups, bench press, + stretching) counting calories, + future visualizing meditation. Got a lil over 30 days left if u wanna join me.

The 1st job is that I love it + it feels pure. The lyrics have to be things I would actually say in a conversation. The music has to be raw…lots of different guitar tunings on this album. Then…I play it for friends. If they say “this feels like the mod I know”, we did it.

13 will be the absolute max…I personally haven’t fallen in love with many albums that have more than that. We dropping a classic + it’s gotta feel that way in every aspect. A deluxe will come out eventually with songs that didn’t make the cut.

Since I’m in Nashville for the week…I lined up 3 more sessions to see if we can find 3 more songs for the album. Historically this is usually the time u catch something special u wasn’t expecting…right when u think everything is done.

The comeback always greater than the setback.

Soooooo…as we continue to watch new TV shows get released that just aren’t that good…. Can we finally agree that LOST is the greatest TV show of all time or what?
