Yesterday’s biggest censorship news ICYMI. Celebrated authors and “classics” will disappear from HS libraries under HB 1069. The interpretation of the law is that “sexual conduct” is only allowed in state approved texts. (Freedom) Which title shocks you most?
Dropping one more list tonight - this one from @collierschools. It’s a long one with over 350 books pulled from HS student access for perceived noncompliance with HB 1069. This district also requires parents to grant check out access at the start of the year.
