Glad to see this bill. As a Californian who is very involved in my child’s schools’ matters and who doesn’t receive sufficient advance notice of LCAP and school site council meetings, I fully support this bill.

It's sad that such legislation is needed, but indeed this is where the educationists have gone wrong on the teaching of mathematics. This move may, if implemented properly, go a long way toward fixing things.
