When life becomes too much, it can feel lonely and isolating. Our hearts close off and everything vital to our wellbeing becomes constricted. Instead, when we are vulnerable and open to accepting love and support, our hearts open and our perspective becomes vast and expansive.

In the whole world? That’s quite a feat indeed. You are getting really good at photoshop though…

If the patterns and stories in our lives create the conditions that fuel suffering, increased suffering will result. If instead we place our intention on creating the conditions for love, kindness and compassion…beauty and awe often occurs spontaneously. #mindfulsuper

A walk in silence is never a waste of time

Everything has a story. A tale of experiences that reach far beyond the present moment. This story, for better or worse, shapes our lives in ways we don’t always see. Stillness allows us to begin to understand the stories…then we get to decide if they are worth keeping

Taking the time to reflect as the seasons change is powerful medicine

We all “get got” at some point in our lives…sh*t happens to those in the trenches…but we “get mine” by staying in relationship with the “why” we do it in the first place. @haughnturf
