My world has shifted. We found Foss this morning curled up and gone. He’s been slower the past few months but still looked healthy. A quiet, calm flock leader. This is how I remember him (with Floki last year). Foss 2015 - 2025 ♥️

I remember. ♥️ I was a 2nd year engineering student taking an organic chemistry exam when our class heard.
Today, we remember the fourteen young women whose lives were stolen at Polytechnique Montréal 36 years ago. Their names are a solemn reminder of the devastating toll of gender-based violence — and the responsibility that comes with our remembrance.

-17 deg C outside with limited light but the geraniums are going strong in the conservatory. These geraniums were gifted to me from Beaver Dam nursery in Okotoks after buying some fruit trees.
