@michaelmhughes Maybe not…. It has changed me as a person to be more patient, thoughtful and kind to strangers, and not negatively react to stupid things like long lines, slow service and bad drivers. I suspect I’m not the only one who changed a bit for the better.

@michaelmhughes Addiction is an ugly thing. "We're all so many drunks, with the radio on and the blinds drawn, muttering in our sleep, with the pillow over our heads, refusing to wake up as the room fills with smoke and, slowly, we die." I don't think anything but apocalypse will change it.
