@TheAA_UK your vehicle inspections and customer services are an absolute disgrace. A comprehensive vehicle inspection fails to spot 2 broken springs (an MOT failure), a damaged front radiator and gave a “green” status to a brake calliper which fully seized less than 30 days later

Many other countries have had simple but effective test checking for months. 5 days after the same rule is intro’d here, there are 2hr long queues and officers who have to ring colleagues to check which type of Covid test is accepted @HeathrowAirport #covid
