i am not taking it further. i can’t afford the legal fees and every lawyer i’ve spoken of has said i’d need to pay out of pocket for their time. i’ve not been able to find a single lawyer who’ll do no win no fee or i’ve called no less than 15.
yesterday my job offer got rescinded. they requested i undertook a health assessment which i passed, but they found out a diagnosis i previously had and didn’t disclose because it isn’t active (which is my right by law) and they withdrew my job offer. i’m heartbroken over this.
