I listen to his podcast every Tuesday (Australia is weird), and he taught me about needing the sun to create seritonin, and that directly effects the amount on melatonin you need!

I won't say I love him then. But I do greatly enjoy his content and think he's a stand up guy worthy of much respect. I also hope he's doing okay, what with the hospital visit.
