The game against Hearts and the cup final are pivotal moments in our season. We have a system and a team dynamic that is working. It is a big risk to change that and my own view is we should stick with MON and the current structure until then at least. HH

Exactly. Donโt upset the apple cart right now. Try and keep MON until the end of the season then look at getting someone fresh in.
When MON came back to Celtic they were 8 behind Hearts, had a semi-final against Rangers that felt daunting & a UEL season that looked in tatters, now they're 2 points off top with game in hand, in the final of the cup & back in UEL contention. Leaving now could be catastrophic.

Iโd rather keep MON until the end of the season than bring in Nancy now.
If Celtic beat Hibs on Sunday they will be releasing a manager who has come in and won 6 out of 7, including last nightโs heroics in Rotterdam. I totally get that Celtic must plan ahead, but itโs a strange business.
