During my PhD, I had troubles using @napari_imaging with Metamorph time lapse acquisitions. I wrote a little plugin to read those files. Not fully deployed as plugin but well enough documented, if it can be of use for anyone here! #napari #Metamorph

Nice job @CaroGiu 🤗 So nice to see our efforts towards lab sustainability presented here in @NatureCareers !
I am thrilled to have my story featured in @NatureCareers 🤩 Learn more about our journey towards lab sustainability here 🔽 As always, with a pinch of carbon footprint 👣

A mind-blowing paper has come out today in @Nature In 2016, JC Venter Institute scientists trimmed a bacterial genome to its barest minimum required for life to synthesize what they called a "minimal genome" ( https://t.co/CNDeaZUmYd). Today, a group of scientists from

check our last review on RhoA with @SezeJean and Joséphine! Signaling inside cells is not just a matter of being on and off, there are multiple layers of regulation in space and time to modulate it
Our review is out! With @mcoppey and Josephine Gatin, we dissect the complex layers of regulation of RhoA, a protein crucial for cell contractility and movement. @FEBS_Letters A small thread https://t.co/mjyPilZxf5. 1/8

Some good news for sustainability in Academia! This morning, we were invited with @SezeJean to the launch of the next chapter of @institutpasteur 🌳 Campus Vert. After a great presentation by Marion Avet on the seminal work of @labos1point5, it was our time to shine ⭐️

wonderful work done by two of our PhDs in the unit, it's definitively time to move on! I'm convinced that, as reseachers, we have to show the example.
Yesterday, with @SezeJean, we had the opportunity to present our recent results during our lab seminar at @Lab_PCC, part of @institut_curie and @CNRS. It was, still, not about a research article, but, you guessed it, about the carbon footprint of our lab 👣

I’m proud to present my PhD paper as my first ever tweet! @institut_curie @Lab_PCC @mcoppey @KristineSchaue1 In it we delve into the question of how mesenchymal cells manage to migrate persistently without any external gradient. Paper -> https://t.co/WLRHorklsI 1/10
