Absolutely none they have no respect or concern for the police and they'll do whatever they want and get away with it because our city council refuses to change your policies and the state assembly refuses to change the laws.

Exactly. Why are people surprised? Sooner or later someone gets killer or seriously injured from something like and people seem surprised and get outraged but nothing changes.
