I called a contact at an out-of-state political ad agency that's previously worked in Minnesota. They estimated that
@drscottjensen
’s campaign would need to spend “north of $20 million starting now” to have any chance of closing the gap with
@Tim_Walz
. It isn't happening, folks.

Mr Brodkorp, I suggest looking up Dan Forest who ran for governor in North Carolina in 2020.
Many parallels, many of the same positions as Jensen. (Private Education, No Mask, Anti Vax)
Got trounced by the incumbent Democratic Gov.

You might be surprised. I have not been polled. And I don’t know anyone that has. There are a lot of people that want Walz gone.

Be that as it may, I don’t count chickens before they hatch. Election Day is the only day that matters
It’s a mistake if Walz gets to comfortable

Let’s not get smug. Gotta work as if he’s behind until Election Day. Too much on the line, too much can happen between now and then.

My assessment of
@mbrodkorb
- he cares more about what the establishment thinks of him on both sides of the aisle than he genuinely cares about beating this disastrous DFL team in the Minnesota governor’s race. Time to push the mute button and get to work.

I don't know. At the fair, I saw "Walz failed" swag EVERYWHERE. It's a simple verdict of Walz's most notable moments in his term -- Covid and the riots. I don't agree, but It clearly resonated.

Curious about your take on the continued viability of TV political ads. What % of typical campaign dollars goes to TV? Aren't there better places to spend? Seems like TV would reach a shrinking portion of electorate.
