I don't make OCs but I wanted to make one today. He's like Sonic, but dark and stuff. He was made by the government, who later killed his sister in front of his own eyes. He has wings (alien DNA), he uses Chaos powers, and he uses guns. He also rides a motorcycle. Thoughts?
