50 year mortgages will have the same impact on home prices that unlimited federally backed student loans had on college tuition.

Proposal to end the shutdown: 1. Phase out the Obamacare extra subsidies. Reduce by 33% now, then 66%, then gone. 2. In the meantime, enact policies to reduce the real cost of care, not subsidize it: 3. Eliminate mandatory coverages, can buy polices across state lines 4. Mandate

periodic reminder that Dave Ramsey's advice about debt is equivalent to the advice about drinking you'd give to an alcoholic some people need to hear it, but it's not correct for most. simply understand whether or not you're his target audience!

Dave Ramsey was asked “if you could borrow $1 billion at 0% interest for 10 years, would you do it” He responded: “no” That’s ~$40 million of interest/yr with ~4% T-bills. Backed by Treasury, state tax free. Wild take.

I am opposed to food stamps on principle. - $10.5 billion, or 11.7% of it goes to fraud, usually sold for cash to buy drugs. - SNAP recipients report obesity-related issues at higher rates than the general population - It subsidizes large corporations, like KO, PEP, and grocery

In the coming days millions of Americans will be notified what Obamacare really costs, as compared with the fake numbers that been promoted by Democrats to keep the actual costs hidden by using taxpayers dollars to pay the insurance companies the actual premiums needed for all

In the coming days, millions of Americans will be notified that their health insurance will cost thousands of dollars more next year. Meanwhile, President Trump is busy tearing down the East Wing of the White House to build a gilded ballroom for exclusive dinner parties. It

You'll recall that the Dems were outraged that USAID cuts threatened their ability to tax US citizens to pay for anti AIDS meds for Africans. Because this is somehow our moral responsibility and we need to be taxed for it. https://t.co/XTN1QQyEt1

The US outperforms everyone in education when you control for race. US Asians beat all Asian countries, US Whites beat all White countries (and even beat Korea!), etc. Before you try to solve a problem, first confirm it exists.

75% of 8th graders in America aren’t proficient in math & the average student in China is 4 years ahead of the average U.S. student. It’s time to get serious about fixing K-12 education.

Again, Twitter seems pretty skilled at filling our respective timelines with tailor-made ragebait, but this is a thing I've seen NUMEROUS times with Mormons in recent days. "Look at the merciful things we did in response to the murder of our own. Look at all the wonderful things

“If that doesn’t make us Christians, I don’t know what does.” Believing in the Jesus who is of the same divine substance as His Father would make you Christians. That’s the answer. Has been since long before Mormonism existed. And no matter much you redefine terms like “only

To be clear: We will NOT comply with Gavin Newsom’s unconstitutional mask ban. At a time that ICE law enforcement faces a 1,000% increase in assaults and their family members are being doxxed and targeted, the sitting Governor of California signed unconstitutional legislation

The idea that we have to import talent rather than grow it is to claim that our education has broken so profoundly that people should be in jail. The claim that we can't, right now, educate our own citizens to do these jobs means we need to nuke our universities and start over.

I would like to see universities develop something like an insurance system for speaker security If it costs too much to bring in conservative speakers b/c you're worried about security, then *every* speaker engagement costs a premium & that money pooled to provide security
