One thing that isn't talked about enough among founders and VCs is decision fatigue. Probably the hardest part of scaling is deciding what actually needs a decision to be made, and does it need to be made now? Any good frameworks around this that have worked for others?

Unless you are building something that is trying to eliminate the #CRE broker, #proptech startup building is all about the long game. If you are trying to eliminate the broker, you are playing the short game, and will learn the hard way.
