Type II endoleak w hx of AAA rupture. Embolized iliolumbar inflow then went for the IMA outflow. Coil jammed in my microcatheter due to marginal artery tortuosity. Stepped out to review images, my tech flushed the micro...and sent the coil into perfect position 😀 #iRad #lucky

Central recurrence of renal cell #cancer after prior partial nephrectomy. Even in a difficult location like this, interventional radiology (#IRad) can still safely treat most tumors with image-guided ablation, especially when the alternative was a total nephrectomy.
